11. Implements  new library systems and computing technology, using Web 2.0, programmed for home-schoolers and using service delivery chain methodology to streamline service delivery.

12. Collaborates with the teachers for effective learning plan and implementation of the programs that help us acquire skills, collect and evaluate information and solve problems.
